Last month we had a work trip to Edinburgh, Scotland. It was my first time in UK outside the airport and I enjoyed it so much.
Every once in a while since then, every time there’s a little rain in Bucharest I can’t but wish I’d take another trip to Edinburgh.
When the time allowed, we walked up and down the narrow streets, ate too much Japanese food, took too many pictures and enjoyed way too many cups of coffee.
It felt so relaxing and safe and cozy that I came to the conclusion it’s one of my favourite cities in the world.
The last day was a Harry Potter day, with coffee from the Red Elephant and souvenir shopping nearby.
Can’t recommend enough.
